Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we offer a full refund — no return required.

1. Damaged Product

If your item arrives with any manufacturing defect, such as:

  • Blurry or faulty print

  • Defective stitching

  • Tears or stains

  • Any visible damage upon arrival

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

Once reviewed, your refund will be approved and processed.


2. Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • The wrong size

  • A different color than selected

  • A different design/print

  • Any item that does not match your original order

Simply send us:

  • Photos of the product received

  • Your order number

Once the error is confirmed, we will issue a full refund immediately.


3. Refund Processing Time

After approval, refunds are processed within up to 5 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.


4. Cases Not Covered

We do not offer refunds in situations such as:

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind after the item is produced

  • Damage caused by misuse
